“Kevin Hardin” Bridge Dedication

The Third Legislative District, in conjunction with the non-profit organization “Bridges for the Fallen”, cordially invite you to attend the bridge dedication ceremony in honor of SPC Kevin Hardin, hosted by Salem County Board of County Commissioners, located at Hawks Bridge on county road #540 in the Township of Carneys Point, County of Salem.
SPC Kevin Hardin, US Army, Delta Company, 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Combat Medic Veteran served two tours of duty in Iraq and was awarded the Purple Heart. While on patrol with his unit in 2007, an anti-tank missile hit his Humvee. Kevin’s injuries resulted in 32 surgeries and a two year stay at Walter Reed Hospital. Inoperable shrapnel in his head caused him to have a seizure and pass away at the age of 25.
