- Planning Board Attorney
- Planning Board Engineer
- Qualified Purchasing Agent
- Redevelopment Attorney
- Municipal Attorney for Tax Appeals
- Municipal Attorney for In Rem Tax Sale Foreclosures
Interested applicants can obtain the Request for Qualifications document by contacting the Municipal Clerk at 856-299-0098, ext. 103, , or the Deputy Municipal Clerk, at 856-299-0098, ext. 102, or on the Borough website at www.pennsgrove-nj.org; by mail, or in person between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Borough of Penns Grove, 1 State Street, 1st Floor, Penns Grove, New Jersey 08069.
Interested applicants must submit their proposals to the Municipal Clerk, or her Designee, no later than 11:00 a.m. on December 12, 2025, Borough of Penns Grove, Borough Hall, 1 State Street, 1st Floor, Penns Grove, New Jersey, 08069. All proposals received shall be publicly opened, in the Borough Hall, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor of the Borough Hall and announced by the Borough Clerk or her designee.
