Notice Is Hereby Given by the Borough of Penns Grove that sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Borough Clerk, 1 State Street, Penns Grove, NJ 08069 for the provision of refuse removal service for the Borough of Penns Grove in accordance with the specifications and proposal forms which may be obtained from the Borough Clerk 856-299-0098 or by downloading the bid package from the Borough’s website at www.pennsgrove-nj.org.
Bids shall be made on the bid form provided and, in the manner, prescribed. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the bidder together with the notation “Sealed Bid for Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Service.” The bids shall be received by the Penns Grove Borough Clerk by Wednesday, May 28, 2025 by 1:00 P.M. prevailing time, when they will be opened and read in public at the Borough Hall, 1 State Street, Penns Grove, NJ 08069. Late bids will not be considered. The Borough is not responsible for late mail deliveries.
Compliance with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq, N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. and all applicable laws as may apply. The Borough of Penns Grove reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law.
