The Penns Grove Recreation Committee is collecting new, unwrapped toys through December 15, 2023, at the Borough Hall located at 1 State St.
Giveaway will be held on December 16, 2023, at the Penns Grove Borough Ambulance Hall located at 22 E. Griffith St. from 2 pm-4 pm.
