Notice is hereby given by the Borough of Penns Grove, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-18, that a Townhall Meeting will be held by Borough Council on April 16, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. This meeting will be held in person in the council chambers of Borough Hall, 1 State Street, 2nd Floor, Penns Grove, New Jersey and will also be open remotely to the public, to follow along and participate, via the Zoom online meeting platform.
