Notice is hereby given by the Borough of Penns Grove, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, that the Borough Council Meeting will be held on April 21, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.  This meeting notice has been posted to the website as prescribed by law. This meeting is being held in person in the council chambers of Borough Hall, 1 State Street, 2^nd Floor, Penns Grove, New Jersey and is also open remotely, via the Zoom online meeting platform so that the public may follow along and participate during the public portion of the meeting.
