Notice is hereby given by the Borough of Penns Grove, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-18, that a Special Borough Council Meeting is scheduled for March 12, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at which time formal action may be taken with regard to a Resolution No. 2026-3-42 – A Resolution Awarding A Contract To Paving Plus, LLC. For Fy2024 New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) Local Aid Infrastructure Fund Resurfacing Of Penn Street (Phase V) and any other urgent business that may come before the governing body. This meeting will be held virtually only and will be opened remotely to the public to follow along and participate during the public portion of the meeting via Zoom online meeting platform.
