This Ordinance was considered for final passage and adopted after a public hearing is held at a meeting of the Penns Grove Borough Council on the 21st day of April 2026.

An Ordinance Amending Chapter 450 Of The Zoning Ordinance Of The Borough Of Penns Grove To Supplement The Permitted Uses And Adopt Dimensional Requirements For M-1 Marina District 1 And M-2 Marina District 2 In accordance with the provisions of P.L.1995 c. 259, the Municipal Clerk has prepared a statement setting forth the purpose of the Ordinance. A copy of this Ordinance in its’ entirety may be obtained with cost, by any member of the general public, from the Municipal Clerk, 1 State Street, Penns Grove, New Jersey.

Statement of Purpose
