Introduction of Ordinance No. 2026-07

Publish Date: May 11, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the foregoing ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a meeting of the Penns Grove Borough Council, held on the 5th day of May 2026. This Ordinance will be considered for final passage and adoption after a public hearing is held at a meeting of the Penns Grove Borough Council on the 19th day of May 2026.

Ordinance No. 2026-07 An Ordinance Of The Borough Of Penns Grove Adopting The Redevelopment Plan For The Property Identified As Block 76 Lot 18 On The Official Tax Map Of The Borough Of Penns Grove Pursuant To The Local Redevelopment And Housing Law N.J.S.A. 40A:12-1 Et Seq.

In accordance with the provisions of P.L.1995 c. 259, the Municipal Clerk has prepared a statement setting forth the purpose of the Ordinance. A copy of this Ordinance in its’ entirety may be obtained without cost, by any member of the general public, from the Municipal Clerk, 1 State Street, Penns Grove, New Jersey.

Statement of Purpose
