This Ordinance will be considered for final passage and adoption after a public hearing is held at a meeting of the Penns Grove Borough Council on the 19th day of May 2026.

Ordinance No. 2026-8 An Ordinance Establishing A Restricted Parking Zone For A Handicapped Person

In accordance with the provisions of P.L.1995 c. 259, the Municipal Clerk has prepared a statement setting forth the purpose of the Ordinance. A copy of this Ordinance in its’ entirety may be obtained without cost, by any member of the general public, from the Municipal Clerk, 1 State Street, Penns Grove, New Jersey.

Statement of Purpose
