This Ordinance was considered for final passage and adopted after a public hearing was held at a meeting of the Penns Grove Borough Council on the 3rd day of June 2026. ORDINANCE NO. 2026-8 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A RESTRICTED PARKING ZONE FOR A HANDICAPPED PERSON In accordance with the provisions of P.L.1995 c. 259, the Municipal Clerk has prepared a statement setting forth the purpose of the Ordinance. A copy of this Ordinance in its’ entirety may be obtained with cost, by any member of the general public, from the Municipal Clerk, 1 State Street, Penns Grove, New Jersey.
