An Ordinance Regulating The Licensure, Permitting And Standards Of Mobile Retail Food Truck Vendors Throughout The Borough Of Penns Grove
In accordance with the provisions of P.L.1995 c. 259, the Municipal Clerk has prepared a statement setting forth the purpose of the Ordinance. A copy of this Ordinance in its’ entirety may be obtained without cost, by any member of the general public, from the Municipal Clerk, 1 State Street, Penns Grove, New Jersey.
Statement Of Purpose
The purpose of this Ordinance is to regulate the licensing, permitting and standards of mobile retail food truck vendors.
