Notice To Bidders For Solid Waste Disposal And Recycling Services For The Borough Of Penns Grove
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Borough of Penns Grove that sealed bids will be received for Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services in accordance with these specifications, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 7:26H-6 et seq. Bid specifications may be obtained from the Borough Clerk, 1 State Street, Penns Grove, New Jersey 08069, telephone 856-299-0098, or from the Borough website at www.pennsgrove-nj.org.www.pennsgrove-nj.org.
Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the bidder’s name and address and clearly marked “SEALED BID – SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES.” Bids must be received by the Borough Clerk no later than Tuesday, November 24, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at Borough Hall, 1 State Street, Penns Grove, New Jersey 08069. No bid received after that time will be accepted.
Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law and N.J.A.C. 7:26H-6.
