NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Borough of Penns Grove is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for services related to the interior clean-out of the Borough-owned building located at 64 East Main Street, Penns Grove, New Jersey, consisting of approximately 7,300 square feet.
The Borough is considering either:
1.) A combined contract for interior clean-out and asbestos flooring abatement; or
2.) Separate contracts for
– Interior clean-out services; and
– Asbestos-containing flooring removal and disposal.
The Borough reserves the right to award either a combined contract or separate contracts depending upon the proposals received and the Borough’s determination of the most advantageous proposal.
The building will be available for inspection by appointment only.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Borough Clerk at the Municipal Building, 1 State Street, Penns Grove, New Jersey 08069 on August 11, 2026 by 11:00 a.m.:
Envelopes must be clearly marked:
“RFP – CLEAN OUT / ASBESTOS REMOVAL FOR 64 EAST MAIN STREET”
The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive minor informalities in accordance with applicable law.
